That prompted two lawmakers to shout at Tsang, demanding there be no means test. One of them threw two bananas at the Legislative Council president’s dais, located behind the podium where Tsang was speaking, before both legislators were removed from the chamber.
The start of Tsang’s speech was delayed briefly when lawmaker Leung Kwok-hung sought to highlight the increase in prices in the city by waving a banana in front of the chief executive’s face. Leung, nicknamed “Long Hair," is an activist demanding greater democracy in Hong Kong.
Leung, wearing a red T-shirt with the face of Che Guevara, was also expelled from the legislature.

Stéphane Dion to CTV: Kiss My Liberal A**
Oct. 14, 2008 at 11:17 pm CDT in Videos
CTV political reporter Roger Smith was shoved out of the way by one of Stéphane Dion’s bodyguards while attempting to ask a question for the network’s live election coverage in Montreal on Tuesday night.
The Liberal leader then turned to Smith and said, “The last one I want to speak first is CTV, you understand that?” No, there aren’t any typos in that quote — he actually formed that sentence himself.
Perhaps he’s still a little testy from that disastrous interview?
Dion: “The last one I want to speak first is CTV”

After losing the election tonight, a media scrum surrounded Stephan Dion. When CTV asked for an interview, he was easily overheard saying, “The last one I want to speak first is CTV. Do you understand that?!” Hilarious! I guess he’s still pissed about that interview.
